Delicious Dinner 36.

A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.


Deep fried Ikan Sebelah fillet-marinated with salt and pepper-lightly batter-garnished with onion rings-meat was fresh and moist.

Tofu cake filled with fish paste, coarsely chopped coriander leaves and spring onion-smoothness and springy with every bite.

Assam Kai Choy (Mustard green-thick variety)-cooked with leftovers meat, poultry, mushroom, dried red chillies and Tamarind skin-sourish and spicy.

I see something that I cook as well... the assam kai choy :-D Love this recipe... make the mustart green to taste so good!

This meal is the best food you can get .... Nothing beats home cook fish cake and the spicy and sour vege .... I can down the whole bowl in front of TV just like that without rice XD
