I saw something similar to these tortilla wrap that my wife made, being sold in a kiosk in the Indoor Theme Park in Genting Highlands.
It is easy and simple to make.
Place a piece of toasted tortilla (bought from Carrefour) on a round pan fried whisked eggs.
Add in fresh lettuce, shredded cucumber, sliced red tomato and two chicken sausages.
Spread it up with a combination of tomato or chillies sauce.
Wrap it up and cut it diagonally into bite sizes and it is ready to be serve !
and much cheaper tooo
