RESTORAN UNCLE LIM-FISH BALL

After doing some shopping (bought a few boxes of Japanese Green Tea in bags) at Jusco, we went to the newly opened Oasis Food Court in Mid Valley Megamall to have a drink and to rest our weary legs. There was a stall called Uncle Lim Fish ball which caught my attention. Was it the same Uncle Lim Fish Ball in United Garden off Old Klang Road ? My intuition was right, it was !!! Their specialty are Noodles with Hand Made Fish ball, "Abalone" Fish cake and Foo Chok (Bean curd sheet). As I love Fish ball, I ordered a bowl which was on offer at Rm7/. The Hand Made Fish ball was one of the best that I have ever tasted, was fresh, firm and springy. The price was OK for Shopping mall standard.

Their Logo-The towering man himself.

Various types of Set Meal on offer at Rm6/.

Side dishes on offer at-Rm7/-Rm9/.

A bowl of Hand Made Fish ball Soup (10 pieces)-filled with fresh Lettuce and chopped spring onion-the soup was clear and tasty with no preservatives or MSG and the Fish ball was fresh, firm and springy-rm7/

Location: Lot 5, JA3C (A), 2nd Floor,
Center Court, Mid Valley Megamall,
Lingkaran Syed Putra, Kuala Lumpur.
