A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.
Garouper Fish-lightly batter and deep fried and topped with a mixture of chopped onion, slivers of red chillies, spring onion and a squeeze of zesty Lemon juice-crispy crust and fresh!
Chicken thigh meat wrapped with a piece of bacon-oven cooked-full of natural juices from the combination.
Stir fried Chinese Long Cabbage-chopped coarsely and cooked with matchstick carrot and fresh juicy shrimp.
