On their return, after their casual and leisure eight days holiday in Taiwan, they just crave for some local food.
I have frequented Serai-a restaurant that serve Northern cuisine with infused Thai's recipes and Western dishes-for quite a number of times but for them it was a first time.
As usual it was packed and business was brisk-diners come and go.
Tonight we ordered three staple local favorite food.
Nasi Lemak-fragrant coconut milk flavored rice served with freid chicken drumstick, half a hard boiled egg, peanut, deep fried anchovies, shrimps sambal and freshly sliced cucumber-Rm16/ |
San Har Yin Yong-two river prawns, choy sam , julienne carrot cooked in a eggy gravy-Rm19/ |
Nasi Ambang-blue colored rice, beef rendang, salted fish, broccoli, cauliflower, beehoon, mee, grated coconut and shrimps-Rm20/ |
Total Bill:Rm71/
Location:Lot 07, Boulevard,
Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya.
