Chicken Noodle@Paramount Garden.

This Chicken noodle stall is located at the side of a house behind the New Sea View Restaurant in Paramount Garden, Petaling Jaya.

Opened about three months ago.

This chicken noodle stall and the one in Section 17 walk up flats in Block A, both has the same mentor.

I prefer this one because they are more generous with the noodle (dry or soup) and ingredients.

Price wise they are the same.

Dry flat rice noodle and yellow noodle tossed in a light/dark soy/sesame sauce with shredded chicken and a piece of boiled chicken-Rm4.50/

Rice Vermicelli noodle in a tasty chicken stock soup with two pieces of sliced pork, two fish ball, shredded chicken and a piece of boiled chicken-Rm4.50/

Boiled free range chicken (kai mei)-garnished with spring onion and coriander leaves-smooth, fragrant and meaty-Rm6/

Bird's eye chillies in soy sauce and blended garlic/red chillies/vinegar sauce.

Location: behind New Sea View Restaurant,
Paramount Garden, Petaling Jaya.

Is this the same as the previous kai si hor fun stall at Chang Jiang in Sec 17? The previous seller there have moved out and the new one there now is not so good.

I love their village chicken. The texture is simply better than normal chicken I eat elsewhere. The soup is very good too!

Been eating there at least twice a week.

Overall, thumbs up!
