A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.
Brinjal (Eggplant/Aubergine) stuffed with homemade Spanish Mackerel's Fish paste-pan fried, then drizzled with Cornstarch gravy and garnished with freshly chopped Spring onion.
Sambal Prawns (shelled and deveined) with chopped big Onions and finely chopped Belimbing (above)-hot, tangy, spicy gravy and the prawns were fresh and succulent.
Steamed thinly sliced Chinese Marrow rolled with SPAM (Luncheon meat) and Shiitake Mushroom-was refreshing with a delicate flavors- the SPAM added textures to it.
