Ah Park Teo Chew Porridge @ Paramount Garden.

After a weekend of sumptuous food, we need to "de-tox" or when we are not felling well, eating porridge is the answer.

Eating porridge in a group is so appetizing and fun.

More dishes are ordered and  everyone get to eat a bit of everything.

Ah Park Teo Chew Porridge have all the home cooked types of dishes to entice us.

Parking is bearable.

Fried Cai Poh (preserved salted radish) with egg- finely chopped - well fried-Rm4/

Salty Chicken Drumstick-not as salty as it's name implies-tender and served with thinly sliced cucumber-Rm8.90/

Braised Chicken (whole leg) and Braised  pig big intsestines-some of us are put off with the smell of the intestines-the tender chicken was most welcome in taste and the star anise/cinnamon are not overpowering-Rm8.90.

Steamed minced pork/cai poh with salted Duck's egg-Rm6/

Coi Hiong Tofu-deep fried tofu are crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside-topped with finely chopped chillies and dried shrimps-Rm8/

Blanched  Choy Sam-green and stemmy-Rm6/

Deep fried Anchovies with roasted peanuts-my fave- goes well with porridge-Rm3/

Porridge with orange and purple sweet potato-Rm2/bowl.

Total bill:Rm57/
Location: 11, Jalan 20/13,
