Kedai Makanan Hassan Mee Rebus@Melaka.

After attending the Malay wedding reception of my grand niece Amy and Asri at Bukit Katil, Melaka we adjourned to nearby Taman Jaya Padang Temu@ Jalan Ujong Pasir for Mee rebus.

In the 70's, Hassan used to sell his Mee rebus on a mobile tricycle stall.

Now, this Mee rebus stall is more permanent and more accessible to his regulars and new growing customers.

It is a kampung house converted into a mini restaurant with sparse furnishings.

As we were late-there were no more cuttle fish to add to our Mee rebus but we were extremely satisfied with what we had came for.

Parking is OK.

Mum enjoying her plate of Mee rebus with a yellow paper napkin on her blouse.

Mee Rebus-yellow noodle topped with tau gua, beansprout, dough fritter, half a hard boiled egg, sliced fresh green chillies, potato, tomato, a slice of calamansi and a semi thick curry gravy with a hint of shrimp broth- one word to describe it "kepuasan dengan setiap sllrrrrp !" spicy and delicious with every slurp- 5 Stars !!!- Rm4/
