Wild Frogs.

Wild frogs are mostly found in the smaller town of Malaysia and is a delicacy among the Chinese people.
Most restaurants get their supplies from the Orang Asli who catches them for a living along riverbanks when edible fruits like durians and petai are not in season.
Prices for these wild frogs are very lucrative because demand exceed supply !

The Chinese believe that wild frog has detoxing medicinal values and is good for skin's complexion, too.

For me, I like it to be freshly skin/clean and steam instead of stir fry-for it's freshest, juicy essence and sweetness .


It is one of my all time favorite dish.

Steamed with superior soy sauce/blended ginger and garnished with chopped spring onion.
Stir fried with sliced ginger/chopped spring onion.
