We queued up for nearly 20 minutes just to eat Wonton mee
@Mak's Chee, (a Michelin Star restaurant in Hong Kong).
Upon being ushered to our seats- saw some empty tables not open ??
maybe they wanted to attract attention with lots of people queueing outside.
The lady supervisor got my orders wrong even when I repeated my orders.
The prawn wanton dry noodle (Rm14.90) was hidden under my noodle - reason?
to keep the noodle springy -what a load of bull.
The noodle is half portion of our local wanton mee - five mouthful to be exact.
The cuts of the tendon brisket dry noodle (Rm15.90) was ok -the 5 spices were
a bit intimidating -for this dish the noodle is at the bottom.
The blanched Choy sam (Rm10.90) was old and tasted like overnight ones.
Look at how they poured the Hoisin sauce.
The prawn wonton (Rm15.90) was the star of this meal -crunchy, firm, fresh
and full of textures.
Overall not worth your hard earned money.

Expensive, long queue, worst of all witnessed the worker actually throw the vege into the hot pot with rubber band. Wtf?
Anon 8:44 - that means the vegetables are not cleaned.
