udon mee bought from super market

clean it over running water

one piece of chicken breast meat and six small prawns

one chopped big onion,coarsely chopped garlic and thinly sliced carrot

some choy sam stem

my wife cooked this dish for lunch it is a very easy and simple dish to cook.
first heat up the wok, add some olive oil, fry the onion,garlic and carrot slices
together for awhile then add chicken and prawn, fry until it is fragrant.next
add in the udon mee, stir fry it add black pepper, a bit of salt plus a dash of
sesame oil for taste.lastly add choy sam and voila! lunch is ready to eat.
