PERANAKAN FOOD


my mum cooked this three dishes, big prawns cooked with asam(tamarind juice)
chillies and pineapple.the second dish is sliced pork belly meat cooked with soya
sauce, oh! it taste so good. the third dish is stir-fried cauliflower and broccoli
to balance off all the meat

I only wish I was more familiar with the ingredients on your blog and had a way to acquire them. I live in a very small community where most of the items your wife cooks with are unavailable. Speaking of which, I'd love more directions on those recipes because I don't just want to know what you're eating but how you're making it.
