A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.

Fried thin Bee Hoon (Rice Vermicelli) with scrambled egg, Chinese round cabbage and carrot served with a dollop of Sambal Belacan (prawn paste chillies).

Oven cooked Bacon rolls filled with Chicken thigh meat-a solid combination.

To the accompaniment of freshly steamed local mud crab-sweet, meaty and succulent!
