EXERCISE


after all the eating and drinking,we must exercise i.e. by jogging,walking or taking
a stroll in the park. we should exercise for about
30 minutes daily.exercising is good for those
with cardiovascular diseases,diabetes and everyone who want to stay healthy,it can
definitely lower blood pressure,cholesterol
level and blood sugar.for us staying in
PETALING JAYA,we can exercise in TAMAN
RIMBA LEMBAH KIARA(TTDI),so get up and
put on your sport shoes and start exercising!
