DELICIOUS DINNER 16

Another delicious dinner cooked by my wife.

Tomatoes Minced Meat-leftover from yesterday's Spaghetti dinner-served with sliced hard boiled Eggs-sweet, flavorsome Tomatoes taste,

"Tai Yee Ma Kar Loi"-is actually stir fried finely sliced Chinese Marrow with Tang Hoon (Glass noodle), slivers of Carrot and Shrimps-a healthy alternative to other green.

Pork Rolls-well marinated and beaten Loin Eye Muscle with XO Oyster sauce and Lea & Perrins sauce rolled with sliced Shiitake Mushroom, julienned Carrot and Celery-drizzled with the cooked brown gravy-meaty and fragrant!

That's a great idea to serve the hard boiled eggs with left over pasta sauce.

For a moment I thought it was food for 16. Guess I have not been paying attention. You are blessed!

550mljaroffaith/WW/LLynn-she's a normal cook but she goes the extra mile with a bit of creativity.
