HOMEMADE-FRIED POPIAH (SPRING ROLLS)

Fried Popiah (Spring Rolls) are easy to make, it is quite oily and best eaten when it's hot with chillies sauce or on it's own.

You can buy this "Spring Home" Spring Roll pastry from the Supermarket.

The cooked ingredients are Beansprouts, Turnip, Carrot and minced meat -Salt and Pepper to taste.

Step 1-Place the cooked ingredients on the Popiah skin.

Step 2-Roll it forward.

Step 3-Fold the two sides -apply some Starch gum on the edge and roll it until the end

Beautifully rolled fresh Popiah.

Deep fried in cooking oil for a few minutes until golden brown.

Colander it.

Ready to serve-crispy on the outside, sweet, juicy and moist inside.

Looks delicious! I like that it is simple and easy to make. Never had made spring rolls at home before though due to the frying portion.
