DELICIOUS DINNER 20

A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.

Mixed Platter-stir fried julienned Long Bean, Carrot, big Onion, deep fried Toufu (Beancurd), Chai Poh (Preserved Radish) and crunchy Cashew nuts-a good combination of textures and flavors to chew and exercise your jaw.

Deep fried Crispy Wan Ton and Deep fried meaty Pork Roll served with blanched Broccoli-the Pork Roll were filled with salted Duck egg, minced Pork, Water Chestnut and Coriander leaves-can't have enough of it!

Powdery Lotus root with soft Peanut soup-was double boiled with dried Cuttlefish, Chicken breast meat and bones until enough "foh" (fire)-flavorsome!

Must be so delicious!!! Interesting to see the salted duck egg inside the pork roll.
