A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.
Stingray fish - (2 chunks)-marinated with Turmeric and Curry powder-pan fried with a piece of Banana leaf to make it more flavorful.
Topped with sauteed coarsely chopped Ginger, Onion and Garlic-truly fragrant-meat was fresh and juicy.
Deep Fried Brinjal (Aubergine) stuffed with homemade Fishpaste which was firm and springy-drizzled with some dark Soy sauce and garnished with chopped Spring onion.

The stingray looks good & it's healthier compare to those ikan bakar.

Interestingly I just ate cabbage today and yesterday, but I prepared it with cumin long with garlic.
