Looks fantastic! Everything looks so fresh and delicious. The first black plate photo is intriguing to me. I have never seen raw fish tossed with cucumber and seaweed before a restaurant before.

We were in their Subang Parade outlet some months back. Service was almost non existent ! and the food we rate way below sushi king which is still the no 1 for fast Jap food!

Looks like a nice lunch. I need to add mackerel to my diet, but haven't found a recipe I love, yet. Got any suggestions, foodbin?

BSGluttons-that's the problem when the staff turnover is great.
Lori Lynn-here, most of the mackerel are Spanish mackerel-mainly cut into chunks for deep frying or ground the meat to make into fish paste for stuffing.
