Clay pot 3 Cup Chicken-was not what i expected-chicken meat was tender and curry leaves flavored ? (expected Basil leaves)-gravy too diluted-rm20/
Pig Trotter-was deep fried (slightly dry)-skin was crusty and meat was dry in texture-the sweet and sour chillies plum sauce (below) saved the dish from disaster-rm30/.
Steamed Grass Carp (1.5kg)-with blended salted ginger-was fresh and full of glistening white and sweet flesh-best of the night-rm52/.
Long Bean (Snake bean) with strips of lean pork and stir fry with aromatic prawn sauce- really special with a distinct flavor-rm15/.
Total bill:rm167/.

Looking at the trotter dish is quite interesting...
I've missed looking at your blog. I haven't been cooking much lately and when I don't cook, I don't use this blog, and then I fall behind on all the other blog cooks that I like to follow.
Your blog always makes me hungry!
