CRISPY BISCUIT

This is home made minced pork and Chinese chives biscuit. The crust of the biscuit is made by kneading two types of flour 1. with water and oil and 2. with only oil. Then add the ingredients in between the two kneaded dough, sprinkle some water on the top to wet it so that the sesame seeds can stick on it. Put it in the oven at 250c and cooked it for 25 minutes. The end result is crispy multi-layer and tasty biscuit. The pork meat can be substitute with other meat like chicken or even beef.

Nicely golden browned biscuit.

Need a plate to hold the crispy crust from falling all over the floor.
