HONEY MANDARIN ORANGE

When the Mandarin oranges are on sale at the supermarket. It signals that the Chinese New Year Festival is round the corner.This year the festival falls on the 26th of January and ends on the 9th of February 2009.(15 days). The giving and eating of oranges is a tradition in our culture.

Happy New Year! I wanted to ask you what you and your wife's names are--I feel funny calling you "foodbin."

I wish you both a fun and exciting New Year. We started ours off with whole fried turkey--it was delicious! Some mandarin oranges would be wonderful--but they aren't sold here.
