Stir fry petai (twisted clustered beans) with prawns and onions-many are put off by the stinking smell-it is a good diuretic-can lower blood sugar level. Blanched Kai Lan (Mustard Green) with soy sauce-crunchy-simple and healthy dish. Braised chicken with bitter gourd- meat was full of sweet black beans paste flavor-sliced bitter gourd was not bitter at all.
