I have this fish sandwich for my breakfast today.

Pacific West frozen breaded white fish-6 pieces -trans fatty acids free-contains omega -3-rm 13/.

First Choice wholemeal Pita bread-5 pieces-rm5/.

Heat the Pita bread on both sides in a pan and cut it into half.

Open it and stuff fresh lettuce, red tomato, sliced carrot, slivers of big onion and the pan fried breaded fish-add some Ketchup or Lingham's chilies sauce to taste-fresh and hearty meal.
