Delicious Dinner 57.


A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.

 


Sambal red chillies cuttlefish-spicy and chewy.

Sliced boiled pork shoulder-dip in Bird eye's chillies in soy sauce for extra kick.

Steamed Lady fingers (okra) garnished with deep fried garlic oil, soy sauce and shallots.

My husband used to tell me his grandmother made the boiled pork dish for him when he was a kid. I would like to make this dish for him, but not sure which cut of meat should I buy from my pork vendor. Can you tell me what to tell my buthcher in Chinese please?
