RESTAURANT TOON YOON

This kopi tiam is situated at the lobby of an old and nostalgic budget hotel known as Toon Yoon, in Tapah town center.The food served are halal as i saw a lot of Malay people eating there.The marble topped tables and wooden black shellac chairs, sure bring back memories of olden days! They served hot drinks, packeted mee siam, nasi lemak, English breakfast, toasted and steamed bread with kaya and butter too. Daily newspapers i.e The Star, The New Strait Times and Utusan Melayu are provided for reading too. The prices are reasonable and orders are taken by memory, no jotting down on paper(walking computer). Life still goes on slowly here.
