Aori Ramen @Pavilion opened three days ago.
The beautiful flowers garlands still adorned both sides of it's entrance.
We thought we were early for lunch, the queue looks promising almost like 25
people in front of us.
The queuing system needs to be remedy, it's took us almost 1 hour to get a seat.
the waitresses comes out and goes in then lets in one or two persons and the rest
waited.
The wait was well worth it, the ramen turned out to be good-springy and the
sightly secret recipe broth was creamy and fragrant-the bbq pork belly
was melt in the mouth with good fats to lean ratio.
The soft marinated egg was bite sized (wished it was a whole egg) and love
the soft crunchy marinated bamboo shoots which goes well with the ramen.
Hot and cold green tea to finish off the meal !
