I never like going to Mid Valley shopping mall on a Sunday. It was choked with people from all walks of life, some of them were doing last minute shopping for moon cakes while others shopping for Hari Raya clothes. My son Mike wants to collect his pre-order things from one of the shops in The Garden. There we met up with my niece, Sandy to have lunch in Madam Kwan's, a restaurant with modern setting, soft mellow yellow lights and a stalk of yellow rose on each table. It is situated right next to Toys r Us on the 1st Floor.

Nice decor with soft lighting

A stalk of yellow rose

Nasi Bojari-tri-colored rice-very special, with a piece of deep fried chicken drumstick-tender and crispy, sambal prawns-fresh and succulent, 1/2 hard boiled egg, sliced cucumber and chicken curry-full of coconut flavor.-rm20.50/

Nasi lemak -their signature dish-rm14.20

Curry yellow noodle and rice vermicelli-was very lemak and spicy-comes with prawns, shredded chicken breast meat, lots of beansprouts and mint leaves.-rm12.30/
