Fish paste Tofu.

Once in awhile my wife likes to cook and improve on certain kind of food that we ate in restaurants .

This Fish paste Tofu dish is common in most household but hard to find on many restaurant's menu.

The ingredients are:
White Tofu wrapped in Plastic container (available in market/supermarket).
Homemade fish paste (Ikan Tenggiri Papan-Spanish Mackerel)

Cut the Tofu into cubes of 1 inch thick and arrange it on a steel plate.
Scoop some fish paste and place it on top of the Tofu delicately.
Steam it for about ten minutes.
Drizzle it with some Tapioca starch reduction egg white gravy.
Garnish it with deep fried garlic/oil and finely chopped spring onion.
Ready to serve.

A delicious and quick meal for everyone in the family.
