Delicious Dinner 38.

A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.

Nam Yee (fermented red bean curd) Fried Chicken Wings-well marinated and fragrant with a tinge of saltiness-crispy and juicy.

Assam Curry Garouper Fish head and sea prawns with assorted vegetables like okra, aubergine, long bean and ripe yellow pineapple-hot, spicy and sourish with some tanginess.

Fish stock based soup filled with homemade fish balls and minced pork/prawn balls and lots of Chinese long cabbage-garnished with cilantro/spring onion and deep fried shallots and a sprinkling of pepper.

The Nam Yee fried chicken looks real good. Likewise with the fish head curry too. Your wife is a good cook.
