After two days in the kampung, where life is slow and relaxing,
I felt so rejuvenated.
It's Monday and time for work, back in the city.
Lunch of Chee Chap Tong at Kedai Makanan dan Minuman
Sun Tho Yuen, a hidden gem in Seri Setia ,is always comforting.
It's a stand alone stall and manned by a husband and wife team.
The Chee Chap Tong is a clear and "ching" pig's bone/meat
broth - easy on the palate, filled with pig's innards, meatballs and
tender chee chang yoke.
Accompanied by two pieces of soya sauce braised silky smooth tofu,
boiled egg and a bowl of fluffy yam rice -oh ! so hearty !
Parking is by the side of the one way road.
