KEDAI MAKANAN LAUT YONG TAT (2)

We have the whole Sunday to ourselves. Took a slow half hour drive via the Kesas Highway to Telok Gong, Klang for lunch. The last we went there was four months ago, then, the four of us had lovely sea food like crab, prawn and mantis prawn...etc. Today the two of us ordered fish and prawn roll which just as tasty without the guilt of cholesterol laden food. This restaurant is located away from all the commercialized seafood restaurant which make it quite exclusive. I noticed that most of their customers are local from the dialects that they speak. Parking is ample and it is air conditioned and clean.Toddy (juice tapped from the coconut flower stem) is available too.

Steamed "loong tan"-garouper fish-was white and fresh - the skin was thick and tendon-like with every bite-rm30/

Stir fry abalone mushroom-was smooth, moist and the gravy was not oily at all-rm10/

Their signature dish-fry rice vermicelli with tiny la la-lots of lard too, to made it flavorful-rm6/

Prawn roll-came piping hot from the wok-full of minced prawn and chicken-heavenly when dip with the Kampong Koh garlic chilli sauce-rm8/

Fresh young coconut-rm3.50/
